Blown transformer in Hurst at 5:50pm. I called Oncor outage at 5:54 and got a quick and courteous dispatch from “Micah” or Michael” and an expected repair time of 2 hours. The technician arrived within 45 minutes and had the job completed in another 10 minutes.
